VIDEO: The March To The Port of Oakland

OAKLAND | Nov. 2, 2011 | Occupy Oakland protesters Tuesday in Downtown Oakland are a panoply of races and beliefs all with differing senses of humor. In the video below, high school students proudly crowed over their ability to "occupy" the Burger King on Broadway. Some expressed themselves with music. Others donned a chicken suit and pedaled around to the song, "We Are The World" blaring from his speakers. Once the hijinks were done, thousands marched to the Port of Oakland; successfully shutting down for the night, the nation's fifth largest port. Below is video from the events of the Occupy Oakland General Strike before police again decided to end the party with rounds of tear gas, flash grenades and scores of arrest sometime after midnight.
